Buranen, Jr. ]_085 Brown Road South Wayzata, MN 55391 Re: Home Occupation Dear Mr. Buranen: In October of 1990 the City Council granted you a variance to construct an addition to your garage to house limos for your business. At that time you represented the business as being operated from another location with 2 Iimos that would be stored in the garage hen the adc3ition was comp]_ete. Since that time, the business has grown to 5 limos and is operated entirely from the residence. A site inspection on June 20 , 1991 revealed an excess of ac.tivity on the residential property. There were 5 limos and 5 other cars on the property. As we discussed, your original use was minimal (parking 2 limo on site ? . Your current usage is in violation of City Ordinances. Therefore, the City must require you to return to your original proposed use or apply for a Home Occupation License and request City Counci 1 to approve your current use. Enclosed is a Home Occupation Liense application ?*! he applicable Code sections for your review. You must take action to resolve this matter before July 1, 1991. If you fail to meet this deadline, the City may issue citations. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at my office.
