The undersigned hereby teiminates and forever releases Lot l, Block 1, Carriage Hill,
according to the recorded plat thereof on file in Hennepin County, Minnesota, from the
tetms, conditions and obligations set forth in that certain Developer's Agreement for Carriage
Hill dated May 24, 1999, filed as Document No. 7125168 with the Recorder in and FOR
Hennepin County, Minnesota, the obligations set forth therein having been fully performed
and satisfied.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the undersigned makes this Termination effective as of
