We received a building permit appiication from you. Restore to Form LLC is listed as the property owner. Is this correct? Nothing is filled in under contractor information. We would need a copy of the contractor builders license as well as details of the scope of the project and plans for the work being done. Please submit a more complete application so that we can process your permit application.
