Non permitted events will not be allowed. 9 Sec.13.04 RIGHTS OF SLJBJECTS OF DATA Subd. 1. Type of data. The rights of individual on whom the dara is stored or m be stored shall be as set forth in this section. Subd.2. Information required to be given individual. An individual asked tn sapply private or confidenrial data conceming himself shall be informed of: (a)the purpose and intended use of the requested data within the collecring state agency, polidcal subdivision,or statewide system; (b) whether he may refuse or is legally required to supply the requested data; (c)any known consequence arising from his supplying or refusing to supply private or confidential data; and(d)the identiry of other persons or entiaes authorized by state or federal law to receive the data. This requirement shall not apply when an individual is asked to supply investigative data, pursuant to s�:crion 13.82, sabdivisio�5, to a law enforcement officer. Access to data by individual. Upon request to a responsible authority, an individual shall be informed whether he is the subject of stored data on individuals,and whether it is classified as public,private or wnfidential. The construction of a new driveway will be required to serve the new residence, which will be located at the rear of the lot. The existing residence is located at the front of the lot. Construction of this driveway will require the crossing of a wetland. This wetland is not an "Orono City Protected Wetland" so a variance to our City zoning code is not required. The house can be built without any variances, so a staff approval can be issued for the building permit. We will not issue a building permit until all other agency approvals have been secured. The driveway will be crossing a WACA protected wetland which will require approval by the MCWD acting as the LGU for the City. Because this wetland is not protected by our zoning code, we will rely on the MCWD acting in it's role as LGU for the City to make a determination on this driveway wetland crossing.
