Pumpout needed within one yeai� (last pumpout date 5/1/92). The septic system is non-compliant due to a lack of a three foot separation distance between the bottom of the drainfield to the seasonally high�vatertable. The three foot requirement is a State Code, not a City� Code. A soil boring �vas conducted to determine the depth of the seasonally ���atertable. The septic system must be replaced b5�December 31, 2010. Enclosed is a list of state licensed septic contractors ���ho work in Orono on a regular basis.
