Sediment outside of established erosion control perimeter • Silt fence at rear of sile is 9/a full. . Silt fence at rear of site needs to be maintained at less than 1/3 full to be effective Lance Fisher • Reinstall silt fence along Brown Road until sod is placed. Board of Managers To avoid formal enforcement action, the following actions are to be taken by 3:00 pm,Thursday, Pamela elixt June 12, 2003: James Celfans . Slope at rear of property must be stabilized. Install erosion control blankets or a mulchinq of Lance Fisher straw and seed or sod alonq rear slo�e. • Repair or reinstall silt fence at rear of oroqertv and alonq southeast corner to be effective. Silt Susan Goetz fence should be less than 1/3 full of sediment to be effective. Remove sediment from silt fence MonlcaGross and reinstall according to instructlons (trenching required). Keep all.sediment on site during and following repair. Rlchard Mlller . Maintain and instalf silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are vegetated.
