Dear Mr. Schwarzmann:
I am writing in regards to your property at the above described address, tax parcel
number 27-118-23-34-0012. It has come to the attention of this office that the silt fence
running along Brown Road has been removed. This has been causing a considerable
amount of silt runoff to come down onto the sidewalk and street. The City of Orono does
require that the silt fence or other erosion control methods stay in place until the property
has been sodded or hydro seeded.
Please re-store the silt fence as soon as possible. Staff from this office will re-inspect
after May 31, 2006. If the silt fence is re-stored before then please call me at 952-249-
4626.
