susan�oetz expiration. No activity is authorized beyond the expiration date. If tl�e permittee

permit must be received by the District at least 30 days before expiration.

restabilized

� • W hen the site is restablilized and the MCW D staff has
performed a final inspection, all silt fences must be removed
