I received review comments from our engineer today. See below. Please address the comments or provide the
requested information in order for our review to continue.

1. Items missing from Survey and site plan standards:
2. Permanent iron monuments must be in place at each property corner. (NOne are It1dlCated 0�1 Slte Platl)
11. Indicate all drainage ways, sewer and water mains and services, storm sewers and wetlands within the property
and within 50� of the property. (Storm Sewer is not indicated, Sanitary sewer and service connection
not indicated, Gas?)
2. The legend on the plan does not appear to correspond to the annotations on the plan.
3. Need details of curb cut and curb cut restoration. Refer to piate STR-4 of the City's standard
plates (available in the public works section of the City's website).
4. Details for how driveway will cut through sidewalk and plan to restore side walk in location where
the old driveway is removed.
5. Typical Driveway section?
6. What is the proposed haul route for the material to be removed from the site?
7. Project will need a MCWD permit or confirmation from them that a permit is not required.
8. Hardcover calculations on the City's form (attached).
