It has come to the attention of City Staff that this home is staged and conducting an Open
House.
The last inspection the City performed at this property was an insulation inspection on
April 9, 2008. This property does not have a Certificate of Occupancy.
This letter will serve as your notice that a Certificate of Occupancy is required in order to
conduct an Open House. In order to obtain Certificate of Occupancy and permission to
conduct an Open House the proper inspections and code verification by the building inspector is
required. You must cease all Open House activity upon receipt of this notice.
If you fail to cease activity this matter will be sent to the City Attorney for review and may result
in criminal prosecution.
