AGREEMENT AND SWORN STATEMENT
The work for which[his permit is issued shall be performed according to
the approved plans and specifications,applicable City approvals,and the
State Building Code. This permit is for only the work described and does
not grant permission for additional or related work which requires separa[e
permits. All provisions of laws and ordinances governing this type of work
shall be compied with whether or not specified herein.This permit will
expire and become null and void if construction authorized is not
commenced within 180 days of the date of issuance,or if construction is
suspended for a period of 180 days at any time after work has commenced.
The applicant is responsible for assuring all required inspections are
requested in conformance with the State Building Code.This permit may be

Prior to the start of framing, a foundation as-built survey must be submitted
and approved by the City or a stop work order will be issued.
Schedule a minimum of one hour for the framing inspection. �
Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire
project and must remain until vegetation has been established.
No underground sewer within 20 feet of well.
Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and
hardcover calculations, if applicable must be submitted and approved. �
In the event of winter or other unfavorable weather conditions (which
prevent the completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built i�
survey) a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) may be necessary. A ��
TCO requires a $10,000 escrow.
Advisory Comments
Any changes to the exterior/landscaping improvements, i.e. patios, grading,
sidewalks, retaining walls, etc. not currently shown on the approved survey
and landscaping plan will require a separate Zoning Permit application to be �����
submitted and approved prior to the work commencing.
Any retaining walls that over 4-feet in height or tiered walls not separated
by twice of the height of the lower wall require engineered plans and a
building permit to be submitted and approved rior to construction.

4. A landscape plan should be provided which details all hard surface improvements — patios, sidewalks, walls, etc.
5. Please note, a separate permit is required for the in ground pool shown on the plans. If the pool and patio are
not being constructed/permitted simultaneously, we will redline them from the plans. Please clarify.
Additionally, at the time of pool permitting, please have the survey revised to show proposed grading and
elevations in the area around the pool/patio.

continue.

Our engineer has reviewed the as-built survey and has the following comments:
a. The as-built survey does not appear to conform to the intent of the approved plan.The as-built survey does
not depict the approved surface drainage plan. The approved plan included swales to direct any surface
runoff away from the eastern and northern neighboring lots. If swales were created but not visible due to
the contour interval,drainage arrows should be used. If another mechanism/plan was used to deal with run
off it should be depicted or described. Please have the survey updated to show drainage patterns or other
mechanisms used.
b. The as-built survey shows an existing concrete foundation and floor to be removed on the south side of the
property. This does not show up on the hardcover calculation. Does it exist or has it been removed? Please
provide clarification.
After the updated survey is received and snow has melted, an inspector will visit the site to con�rm the following:
a.The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground.
b.The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed.
c.The drainage pattern does not direct surface water onto the neighboring properties.
Once the as-built survey and site visit have been completed and approved we can refund the escrow money current
held.

The as-built appears to conform to the intent of the approved plan.
An inspector should conduct a site visit and confirm the following:
1.The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground.
2.The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed.
3.The Drainage pattern on the east side of the home does not direct surface water onto the neighboring property.
