Dear Mr. Peterson:
I hereby make request for a legal address change of the following described property.
Status: Existing residence currently addressed as 1400 Bracketts Point Road, has a home and two
other caretaker homes on the property. This address has one PID #11-117-23-32-0020 but three
addresses tied to this property; our Planning Coordinatar has agreed he would like to have the three
addresses tied to this one PID; since the caretakers do reside in these homes and receive mail there as
well, this is a logical change.
Once this change has been made, will you please notify the Hennepin County Elections of this
change, so that they are able to process a voter registration card for the new caretaker?
