Subd.4. Procedure when data is not acnuate or complete. An individual may contest the accuracy or completeneu of public or privace
data concerning hirtuelf. To exer�ise dus right,an individual shall notify in wriang the rcsponsible authoriry des:ribing the natune of the disagreemenc.
'I�e responsible authoriry shall within 30 days either. (a)correct the data found to be inaccun[e or incompkte and aaempt to notify past recipieau of
inaccurate or incomplete data, including rocipients named by the individual;or(b)notify the indi�•idual that he believes the data to be corrtct. Da�a
in dispute shall be disclosed only if the individual's statement of disagreement is included with the disclosed data.
The detertnination of the responsible authority may be appealed pursuant to the provisions of the administrative procedure act rela6ng to
con�es�ed cases.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT
OF VALERIUS ADDITION AND
A LOT WIDTH VARIANCE FOR LOT 1

WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
rejulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of the land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of a
two lot plat by Gary R. Valerius and Christine M. Valerius, husband and wife, hereinafter ("the
subdividers"); and
WHEREAS,the subdivision has been found to meet the intent of the LR-lA, Single
Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning District, finding that each lot is of a size and configuration
that will allow its use as a single family residence to be fully developed by granting a lot width
�•ariance of 19' to Lot 1 where 200' is the minimum lot width requirement and the lot width is 151'
at the 50' front yard setback and the lot width is 181' at the 50' front yard setback including the
driveway easement; and
WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the platting
regulations of the City, including:
1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 4101.
2. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements.
3. Dedication to the City of flowage and conservation easements providing for
limitations on the use of the wetlands described therein as shown on the plat as
"drainage easement."
4. A covenant prohibiting lake access to Lot 1.

6. Payment to the City for the final plat legal review and filing of the plat, easements
