Ag�c��(MPCA}Septic Sqsxem�nstallers License.
3. A[I work must be done in accacdance with the approve�d septic system desiga Design reports
are not considered approved unless accomganie� by the "City of Qrono Septic Systena
Approval" cover sheet signed by the City Insp+actar. �
4. The following inspe�tians will be required for stl septic systems;
A Pre-installatian site inspection to iflclude inspector.install�r,and generat ca►nt�.ctor.
B. Tank installatioa prior to covering.
C. Drainfield trench i�stallation pcior to covering. For mamds,inspection is required after
cvugh up but prior to saud piac�nent(sand will be jaz test�d for silt cont�t),and again
during pre.ssure distribution piping ias�allation in the rock bed.
D. Fiaal insper.tion to v�fy Prop�fiaal covet depths�nd to v�rifiy that all pump stations
(where re�nire�c��mponents are fnndiona�and campiy with cod�.
