United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block
� Grant and HOME Programs; and
WHEREAS, the City and the County wish to execute a new Joint Cooperation
Agreement in order to continue to operate as an Urban County for purposes of the Community
Development Block Grant and HOME Programs. -
