"�'� �' �� Cj~ �`�kEsBOg'� A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #3235 TO ALLOW EXEMPTION OF PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES ON POSTED CITY STREETS WHEREAS, Resolution #3235 restricts axle limits on certain City�streets from March 15 through May 15, 1993; and � WHEREAS, public service vehicles such as � Northern States Power Co., Minnegasco and U.S. West Communications respond to emergencies during the weight . restriction time. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that an axle limit exemption is allowed to Northern States Power Co., Minnegasco:and U.S. West Communications during times when they respond to emergencies. An emergency response shall include but not be • limited to power outages, gas leaks, emergency communication lines down or severed.
