A RESOLDTION ACCSPTING JIIRISDICTION
0.08 MILES (400+ FEET) OF WAYATA BODI.SVARD
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal organization
existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WH$REAS, old Highway 12 - Wayzata Boulevard (now County
Road 42) is partly within the boundaries of the City of Orono;
and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County wishes to turn back that
roadway to the municipalities.
NOW, THEREFORR, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono
accepts jurisidiction of 400+ feet of Wayzata Boulevard which is
� within the boundaries of the City of Orono.
Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota this
9th day of November, 19 9 2. �
