The addition consist■ of a 6' X 20' expansion of the present structure, a 15' : 15' glazed porch and a 15' k 22' deck along the front of the house. Please review the enclosed fact sheets on the specific variance re Guests. In the hardcover calculations, the gravel parking area, cement sidewalk, structures and glazed porch were included. The Planning Commission agrees that a wooden deck with spaces allotted i■ not considered hardcover.
