Variances Requested, Side, Lakeshore and Hardcover Variances
The irks 1 ipose an addition to the south and lakeside of their
home. The addition consist■ of a 6' X 20' expansion of the present
structure, a 15' : 15' glazed porch and a 15' k 22' deck along the
front of the house.
Please review the enclosed fact sheets on the specific variance
re Guests. In the hardcover calculations, the gravel parking area,
cement sidewalk, structures and glazed porch were included. The
Planning Commission agrees that a wooden deck with spaces allotted
