This letter is to acknowledge and confirm that we understand and accept the potential for
incidental impacts that may occur during normal municipal snowplowing operations.
Accordingly, we agree that neither the City nor its employees, agents, contractors, or
representatives shall be held liable for damages resulting from customary and routine winter
snowplowing activities that may occur during standard snow and ice control operations.
This acknowledgment applies only to damages arising from ordinary and customary winter
maintenance practices performed in good faith and in accordance with normal municipal
procedures.
By signing below, we acknowledge our understanding of the foregoing and agree not to pursue
claims against the City for damages resulting from routine winter plowing operations.
