CONDITIONAL USE P;3RMIT - Arneson VILLAGE OF ORONO Regular fleeting of the Planning Commission, October 18, 1971 The Planning Commission met on tie above date with the following members present: Chairman Poisson, Butler, Elliott, Gasch, Ilays, Kullberg, Nicholls, Ryerse, and Southworth. Absent: Herfurth and Kuhlemeier. Also present: Councilmen Dorn, IcCarthy, and Searles. At this time, along with Councilmen Dorn, AcCartry, and Searles, a study ties conducted on projected sewer extension from the present to 1980. This was followed by continuation of t;ie density study initiated at the previous meeting. Joining in the discussion and study were Aessrs. Sherman, Cloutier, and Van Nest. After a 5 minute recess, t;ie business .:eeting began at 9:05 P.N. Tile following agenda items were reviewed: Art Nelson represented :iimself in an application to divide Lot 25, Shorehills, into equal parts on a north -south division. Brought out was that the lot was approximately 7S,000 sq. ft. leaving 37,500 sq. ft. for each lot, short of the required 43,560 sq. ft. required by the R-1C zoning• also, toil the lot :lad much frontage on Old Beach load, roughly 350-ft. so the lots would meet frontage requirement. Gasch asked ,lr. Nelson what his plans were when he bought the property and he stated he boug:it it for future construction when finances permitted. To Nicholls' query of the length of time he aad owned the property, Ar. Where used, the signs shall completely line the perimeter of the ice hazard at intervals not exceeding 75 feet and shall be at least 48 .inches above the ice. Such signs must ae removed fYom the ice, by whomever placed, not later than April 1, each year.
