Donald Arneson has applied for a dredging pres[it t ;rsdge a
channel 300 tee: long by 30 feet vide, 6 feet deep, so he can bring
a boat to his shoreline. There would be approximately 900 yards

I believe this should be reviewed by all Planning Commission and
Village Council members as there are so many factors to consider in
this type of application. I am making one-half section copies for
all •:embers so they can locate the property.

There are three agenda items for the October 18th meeting.

lots 11-12, Block 7, Navarro Heights. These are adjacent
to and in .:he roar of the G&S Cabinet Shop on Shoreline Drive.

Is a copy from the one-half emotion map end a memo to the
Administrator, and a copy of the division as planned.
3. Donald R. Arneson, 266o Casoo point P,oad, is asking for a
dredging permit to dredge a deeper ohannml so he can use
his existing shoreline. The lakeahore is silted in so it
does not lend itself to his using the boat from his property
at all. There would be ao creation of new Sakeshore, merely
dredging in the existing lateshore. I am enclosing a copy
a: " wia-hair "ation map Ynd memo to the Administrator.
The meeting of the 18th will commence at 7:30 p.m. with a
continuation of the density study with the Village Council
as started on October 4. The business will be conducted at
