HARTWELL that the hardship is a large maple tree south of 2659 Casco Point Road the garage. No public comments were heard. VARIANCE (1519) Adams moved to recommend approval of the variance for construction of the garage 3.4' from the property line due to the hardship of the larqe maple tree preventing expansion to the +youth. ition seconded by Hannah. In discussion, it was determined that staff will verify if there is a necessity for a firewall. Vote: Ayer (5), Nays (0). V-Aion passed unanimously. Mr. and Mrs. Sieff were present. Letters from the two adjoining neighbors are in the file supporting the request. There is no problem with hardcover. McDonald moved to recommend approval of the variance to construct a 141 X 28' garage 10' from the street (front) lot line conditioned upon removal of the smatl storage shed.
