Re: Septic System at Cashman’s, 1205 French Creek Dr.

During the septic inspection, it was discovered that all 3 septic tanks were foil into
the risers indicating the effluent wasn’t getting out of tanks. First & secondtonks
require manhole risers by code & weren’t installed when septic was buih. These
two tanks haven’t been cleaned properly & had abundance of sludge & scum.
Third tank (pump chamber) had never been cleaned & both pumps were
completely covered in sludge. Appears neither pump is working & al^ m house
must not be working. Wiring in electrical panel is hard wired (not code) and n^
to be updated. To determine all work needed, pump chamber has to be wasM &
pumped, piping & pumps & floats have to be removed & repaired or replaced.
First and second tanks have to be washed & pumped & 24” rnanhole risers
installed to surfoce and it needs to be determined why alarm in house isn’t
working.
Price to correct above would be time & material. Range should be between S2000
&$5000.
