TO EXECUTE SUBREC

WHEREAS, the City of Orono has executed a Joint Cooperation A�reement with
Hennepin County for the purpose of participaPlo �hand 94 (Year XX) Urban Hennepin
County Community Development Block Gran g
WHEREAS, Hennepin Counry is therreuPloses of he proaramntand the C tyss
Department of Housing and Urban Development fo p rp
a subrecipient under the program and receives a share of the �rant; and
W��REAS, proQram rerulations require that the City and Counry execute a
• Subrecipient Agreement which sets forth the specific implementation processes for activities to
be undertaken with program funds.
�tp�y, THEREFpRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council hereby
authorizes and directs the Mayor and the City Council to execute the Subrecipient Agreement
on behalf of the City..
Adopted by the Orono Council at a regular Council meeting on �„i��_�
