A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A NEW
PRECINCT ##4 POLLING LOCATION
WIiEREAS, the City of Orono has constructed a new city facilities campus on
Kelley Parkway; and
� WHEREAS, the City of Orono has used the Orono School District facilities for
a number of years because of the limited number of adequate space available within the
boundaries of Precinct #4, and
WHEREAS, the new city facilities constructed on Kelley Parkway are within the
boundaries of Precinct#4 and offer adequate facilities for both the voter and the election judges.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Precinct#4 polling location
be changed from the Orono School District facilities to the Orono Council Chambers, 2780
Kelley Parkway, in the City of Orono.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held
June 27, 1994.
