I have reviewed the submittals for your application (#LA22-000068). I wanted to reach out to you as currently the
application is incomplete.
The following information is missing or needs clarification in order for the application to be considered to becomplete and for our review to continue:
1. Proposed Survey. Please provide the survey showing the all of the existing and proposed conditions.
The survey should be updated by the surveyor to show the proposed conditions. Please assure the
survey details the entire scope of the work on the property including the changes contemplated with the
approved plans for the home addition/remodel.
2. Proposed Plans. Please provide the proposed wall construction plans to-scale and the plans should be
updated to clearly differentiate between the (previously) existing improvements and the proposed.
3. Wall Engineering. Please submit a plan signed by a licensed professional engineer. The scope of the
plans should also include potential stabilization measures and/or details for protection of the adjacent
properties.
4. Hardcover. The existing and proposed hardcover calculation worksheets should be completed by the
surveyor. Once the surveyor updates the survey to reflect all of the improvements, the hardcover
worksheets should be prepared by the surveyor. Please assure the calculations encompass the entire
scope of the work on the property including the changes contemplated with the approved plans for the
home addition/remodel.
I’ve attached the Minutes from the City Council meeting. Please review as the Council provided some direction for
your after-the-fact variance submittal.
Your application is currently incomplete. Please upload the requested information to your application by or
before end of day on Tuesday, January 3rd in order to remain on the January 17th planning commission agenda.
After uploading please reach out to assure I’ve received the submittals.
