Once formally denied, there is a 6-month waiting period before you are eligible to apply for the same variances. No waiting period if you withdraw. That’s all I see as a difference. I plan to draft a denial resolution for the Council’s adoption at the October 24th meeting. You also have the option of withdrawing the variance application to avoid the formal denial, if you wish. I will be preparing the denial resolution this week, if you wish to withdraw your application please do so in writing by end of day Wednesday.
