Re: Fullerton Registered Land Survey Application
The registered land survey proposed for approval by
the Council is in all respects proper.

In answer to the questions raised in your memorandum of
January 19, 1973, the agreement in the Fui"* rton letter to you
of January 11, 1973, a copy of which is at .ached, that there
will be only one building on Parcel A and Registered Land Survey
727 together is binding. That agreement should be reflected in
the resolution approving the Registered Land Survey. The resolution
should be recorded in the office of the Registrar of Titles,
so that there will be constructive notice of this restriction
to subesequent purchasers of the property.

As to your second question: there is no reason to
require the combination cf Parcel A and Registered Land
Survey No. 727. ^
