for deedp Mr. Guth has expressed to mo the dcjsire on the part of
Mrj Fullerton to have Parcel A doscribod as a separate real estate
entity and platted accordingly. One of the provisions of^ the coi.trac
.sale is there can only fee one residence on Parcel A and 9727.

Two questions that should be answered are:
li Does approval based on the agreeyaont that this is one building
lot carry the same legal significance that a combination would?
2i Is it possible for Xis to require a combination of Parcel A and
i^727 when in fact legal ownership v;ould still bo in the name of I^5r.
and Mrs. Fullerton?
