. ^ Enclosed are five copies of the land proposed to be subdivided. Parcel
. ..C is an existing driveway right-of-wpv which has been described in
various legal docuioents as it pertains to the various adjacent properties.
Parcel B is being provided in order to include a portion of the driveway
: which already exists on registered land survey #727.
Parcel A is being sold on a contract for deed to the present owner of
#727. Among other provisions of this contract sale, it has been agreed
. that only one residence may be located on Parcel A and #727. Under these
circumstances, we would like to have Parcel A described as a separate
real estate entity and platted accordingly. Ihe owners of properties
. within 300* of the proposed subdivision are as follows:
