I have been given to understand that the Council would like to
have a Statement of Intention from me as to my present plans for building
on my property and dividing the existing acreage.
I am selling my present home with six or seven acres of land to
my son. 1 am moving a few hundred yards away and building a new,
smaller home. In addition, this division includes the property which
my daughter. Jolley Fullerton (Mrs. Thomas S.) Hartzell, now owns
so that the net and complete division to carry out my present intentions
will include these three sites:
1. For my son, James G. Fullerton III
2. For my daughter, Jolley Fullerton (Mrs. Thomas S.)
Hartzell
3. The remainder of the property which I plan to retain
and on which I plan to build my new home.
Please refer to the plat submitted for the details of this proposal.
I have no plan whatsoever of further subdividing my property at this
time or in the near future.
