Re; Resolution Nos. 2921, 2901, 2926 and Covenant for
Oversized Accessory Structure
Dear Mike:
Please note the following information concerning the
above resolutions:
Resolution No. 2901/Fisher (#1591) was recorded on^
3/18/91 as Document No. 2161149.
Resolution No. 2926/Jensen Homes Inc. (.#1613) has been
sent for filing.
Resolution No. 2921/Rhode (#1614) is enclosed as it is a
variance on torrens property and cannot be filed.
Covenant for Oversized Accessory Structure is on torrens
property. Before filing we will need the Certificate of
Title #618523 which was mailed to Irwin Jacobs on 3/2/82.
