REQUEST FOR FURTHER INFORMATION
SUBJECT: Zoning Application #LA20-000042
The City of Orono is required to notify you within fifteen (15) business days as to the status of your
application for side yard setback variance for property located at 2520 Casco Point Road. Below is a list
of items the City of Orono is requesting to complete our review:
1) Certified Site Plan. The survey submitted indicated a 5.8β side yard setback and the uploaded
plans/ site plan all indicate a 5β 6β. Please clarify this side yard setback variance request.
2) Application fee and Escrow. The escrow and application fee must be paid before the application
can be deemed complete. This can be done through the citizenserve application, over the phone or
by dropping off a check to city hall.
Application #LA20-000042 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the
items requested above by Thursday June 25, 2020 in order to remain on the July 20, 2020 Planning
