WI��tEAS, Hennepin County has presented conceptual plans for improvements
to County Road 15 east of Orono Orchard Road; and
WI�REAS, the City of Orono has reviewed the plans and has conducted a public
' meetLng for the residents to offer comments; and
. � :'- WHEREAS, the City Council agrees that preliminary�plans showing more detail
�� should be completed.
