WHEREAS, a motion of the city council adopted the 22nd day of May, 1995, fixed a
date for the council hearing on the proposed improvement of the intersection of Trunk Highway
12 and 650 feet north on Willow Drive, and
WHEREAS, ten days'.mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was
given,�and-the°hearing was.held thereon on the 26th day of June, 1995, at which all persons
��desiring`to be�heard�were given_an opportunity fo be heard thereon,

1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution
adopted this lOth day of July, 1995.
2. Plans and specifications prepared by Glenn Cook, engineer for such improvement
. pursuant to council resolution, a copy of which plans and specifications is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved and shall be filed
with the city clerk. ,
