All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolution. The <br />resolution must be signed before the building permit will be issued . <br />Variance approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as noted in the <br />approval resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. <br />Variance approval expires one year after date of approval.
