Minnesota 5532a• Municipal Offices <br />On the North Shore of Lake Minnetonka <br />BUILDING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT <br />OFFICIAL CORRECTION ORDER <br />June 1, 1982 HAND DELIVERED <br />Steve Senesac <br />3020 Fox Street <br />Wayzata, MN 55391 <br />Re; Violation at 3020 Fox Street <br />Dear Mr. Senesac: <br />An inspection conducted at the above subject property on June 1, <br />1982, revealed certain code violations as follows: <br />1 *- Garbage and debris stored inside and outside of the <br />structure - Municipal Code of Orono section 82.030 (b), <br />(enclosed) Uniform Fire Code section 27.201(a)(b) (enclosed). <br />2 - Accumulation of rabbit manure in building - Municipal Code <br />of Orono section 82.030(b) (enclosed). <br />3 - Storage of junk and old machinery outside of building. <br />Municipal Code of Orono section 82.040(b)(c) (enclosed). <br />I have informed you of these matters and have been unable to secure <br />compliance. This letter is being written to inform you, as the <br />owner of the property, that corrective action is required within <br />10 days (June 10, 1982) to bring your property into conformance <br />with Orono Codes. Since the Codes enforced by this department <br />are minimum in nature, full compliance will ensure at least a <br />minimum degree of safety. <br />Failure to make such corrections can result in conditions that may <br />be dangerous to the life, health or safety of the public.
