give accurate measurement of solids accumulation.) If tanka
have not been pumped out within the last three years, they
should ba pumpad out now.

□ Drainfiald is dry, no surfacing evident.
□ Sonta avidanca of surfacing, not critical yet.
□ Drainfiald is saturated and visibly discharging untraatad
effluent to the turface. This eoiHfition may require replace*
mant or additions to drainfiald. Contact the City Inspector
immediately. Rapairt must ba completsd within 90 days.
