The Orono Planning Commis-
sion will hold a public hearing in the
Orono Council Chambers at
2780 Kelley Parkway on March
19, 2018, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on
the matter of reviewing the follow-
ing land use applications:
LA18-000022 (18-3996) George
Stickney, 825 Old Crystal Bay Road
South, requests preliminary plat
approval to create two lots where
one lot currently exists in the RR-
1B Zoning District.
LA18-000012 Mark Stipakov,
2150 Sixth Avenue, requests ap-
proval of a subdivision to create
an private roadway easement to
accommodate a cul-de-sac turn-
around.
LA18-000013 Nathan VanCamp,
601 Minnetonka Highlands Lane,
requests a variance for the rear
yard setback to construct an ad-
dition.
LA18-000015 Michael Jones,
3186 North Shore Drive, requests
a Tier 1 hardcover variance to re-
construct an existing detached ga-

meetings. This is not a final agen-
da and is subject to change prior to
the hearings. Written comments are

to the City of Orono by March 13,
2018 if possible. Interested per-

and proposed ordinance language
at City offices or by visiting the
