Hello, Mark & Mary.
As you are aware the Planning Commission voted on Monday night to recommend approval of your
variance request with a vote of 5 to 0. Your next step for this application is tentatively scheduled for the
City Council meeting on Monday, October 12th. This meeting begins at 6PM, you will refceive a staff
report prior to the meeting; you are encouraged to attend.
After Monday night’s meeting we discussed other portential dates for the City Council review. Please let
me know by Monday, October 5th if you choose to move it to a later date.
