Hello, as you are aware the Council approved your variance request last night. Your next step will be to
apply for a Permit on our citizenserve system. You will use your same login information.
The permit Application type is called: “General Zoning Permit” – subtype= “Hardcover: Other”.
You should upload the drawing of the new driveway addition and the hardcover worksheet. Once you
submit the required submittals we can review and get the permit issued so you can install the driveway
backup area.

Please see the attached agenda, staff report with resolution & exhibits for Monday’s City Council meeting.
The full packet will be available later this afternoon on our website if you’re interested. Please click this
link and then navigate to Monday’s date to access the entire packet.
All of the City’s meetings are being held in-person; those attending should wear a mask. The meeting
begins at 6PM.
Currently your item is on the Consent Agenda. This portion of the agenda is a list of items which can be
approved in one motion together, and do not require any discussion. Note, anyone from the public or a
Council member may pull the item off this portion of the agenda if they have questions or want to discuss
it. They will finalize the agenda at the beginning of the meeting. Please plan to attend. If you have any
questions please reach out to me during the day prior to the meeting.
