Dear Mr. & Mrs. Daniels:
Upon inspection today, I note that your septic system continues
to flow to the surface. We have not received a response from
you to my letter of December 20, 1982. It is imperative that
this be resolved immediately. Although, as of today, the flow
was not reaching the street, with continued discharge an ice
problem may occur and any extra costs the City incurs in keeping
the road plowed and sanded because of this will be billed directly
to you.
If we have not heard from you by Friday, January 21, 1983, we will
be forced to take legal action.
