Dear Mr. Daniels:
I note that since our meeting with Carl Widmer on June 30,
1982, no work has been started on your septic system. I
have received at least two complaints since that date.
The repairs are overdue and must be completed as soon as
possible. Please have your contractor obtain a permit
and commence work within 10 days (no later than August 10),
or the City staff will be forced to take legal action.
