Mr. Daniels:
I have been working with your contractor, Carl Widmer, for some time now tiying to resolve your septic system dis^arge problem. On May 13, 1977,
you were given 60 days to have a drainfield system installed. To date,
this has not been done. It is imperative that you solve the problem
without further delay as the effluent from your system is still spilling
across onto your neighbor’s lot.

Within 48 hours, have your tanks pumped again and continue
to monitor and pump the tanks until a drainfield is
installed.
Within 15 days, have a site analysis done on the potential
drainfield area; i.e., have an engineering firm take at
. least 6 percolation tests and a soil boring. Have the
engineer report the results of these tests and a
reconBiiended drainfield design to the City.
3. Within 15 additional days, by August 15, 1977, have the
drainfield installed and operational. This installation
must be authorized by City permit.
Failure to conplete these items within the time specified will be grounds
for tagging of the piAlic nuisance and possible condemnation of occupancy
until the situation is resolved.
