On May 13, 1977, <br />you were given 60 days to have a drainfield system installed. To date, <br />this has not been done. It is imperative that you solve the problem <br />without further delay as the effluent from your system is still spilling <br />across onto your neighbor’s lot. <br />1. <br />2. <br />Within 48 hours, have your tanks pumped again and continue <br />to monitor and pump the tanks until a drainfield is <br />installed. <br />Within 15 days, have a site analysis done on the potential <br />drainfield area; i.e., have an engineering firm take at <br />. least 6 percolation tests and a soil boring. Have the <br />engineer report the results of these tests and a <br />reconBiiended drainfield design to the City. <br />3. Within 15 additional days, by August 15, 1977, have the <br />drainfield installed and operational. This installation <br />must be authorized by City permit. <br />Failure to conplete these items within the time specified will be grounds <br />for tagging of the piAlic nuisance and possible condemnation of occupancy <br />until the situation is resolved. <br />Sincerely, <br />A.
