SUBJECT: Division - Robert Mielke - 2765 Fox Street
Robert Mielke, 2765 Fox Street,is dividing off three acres so he can
sell his homesite. The entire parcel is approximately 7-1/2 acres
so it would leave a 4-1/2 acre parcel. This is not in the sewer area.
Everything fronts on streets and meets the zoning requirement of the
R-1C zone.
REMAREKSt The remaining parcel after dividing off the parcel with
the house has 4-1 Acres of which 3 Acres are buildable.
The Plannin Commission recommends approval ( See
minutes of 12�6/71).
