Mathematically an exact 3.0 acres would be 364.14,- eet in
width, but using 365 feet is simpler.
There are several points to be brought to your attention
regardinp the above description. First, I am asswr- nc: that the
width of L,ot, 2') in a North -Smith direction is 21.75 rods or
358.875 feet. However, this quarter section is over -sized; and
Lot 25 mi€►ht receive a portion of the overage. If Lot 25 should :.
be wider than 21.75 rods, then the above description would
include more than 3.0 acres.

various registration or Torrens cases within the area of the ,
plat might affect any interpretation as to the size of the lot.
