A RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF
THE EFEECTIVE PERIOD OF PRE YIlViIN�Y�P KT APPROVAL
FOR THE PLAT, CR
- FILE NO. 1457
<
WHEREAS, on March 15, 1994, the City Council of the City Orono adopted
Resolution No. 3392 granting an extension of preliminary approval of a plat proposed by
applicant, Alan G. Carlson, involving the,:pr.operty located at 3140 Watertown Road; and
W�iEEREAS, the effective period of preliminary plat extension expires on April
8, 1995; and �
WHEREAS, the applicant has advised Coe o�i�i n of aesouthernlbypass folr the
• conditions of preliminary plat approval until the issue of th p
Highway 12 unprovement is resolved; and
WHEREAS, applicant has demonstrated a substantial financial commitment
during the review of the preliminary subdivision application.
NOW, THEREF4RE, BE IT RESOL'VIED, by the City Cauncil of the City of
Orono that the effective period of preliminary plat approval for Alan G. Carlson's proposed plat
known as Crystal Creek involving �eRe olut o No t2948t adopted Ap 1�8, 1 91��is hereby
ori�inally approved per the conditions of
extended to April 8, 1996.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting
held this 13th day of March, 1995.
