requested. There appeared to be support for the cosmetic changes which do not result in expansions
to the height, footprint, or lakeward extent of the non-conforming building. There was also some
support for a modified minimal landing or platform connecting the dock area to the door threshold of
the building.
If changes are proposed by the applicant they should be submitted to Staff by Friday, February 28th for
