Melanie, Here is a photo of the original boat house and the drawing for how it was spruced up. (I don’t have a good picture of it now) My point when we spoke was that we did
not change the boat house – we just resided, changed the front door on, put some stone on it and put the gable and copula on the roof. It is an aesthetic improvement to an old
dilapidated boat house. Do you still advise that needs a variance request?
