TYPE OF APPLICATION: After-the-Fact Variances
DATE OF MEETING: 9 March 2020 VOTE: 4 FOR 0 AGAINST
Motion: Denial. The applicant was instructed to obtain after-the-fact building permits addressing the
changes made to the structure, as well as permits to make the directed changes to remove the building
footprint and volume expansions: gable, door surround, and chimney. The hardcover should be reduced
to the conforming level approved by Resolution 6796 of 3,389 square feet.
A denial resolution will be placed on the Council’s March 30th agenda finalizing their decision for adoption.
